Deposit cut-off time, funds availability & handling fee
- The verified deposit received before 5:00pm will be credited on the same day, otherwise the deposit will be processed on the next working day.
- Cash deposit / via local bank account: Funds will be deposited into client's account after getting confirmation from banks. Fund Withdrawal
- e-Services: Please login your e-Services account and submit fund withdrawal application.
- Withdrawal Request Form: Please fill out Withdrawal Request Form and send it to Fosun International Securities via fax/email.
- Contact our customer service hotline: The funds will only be withdrawn to your registered bank account
- Third-party withdrawal is NOT acceptable.
Cut-off time, funds availability & handling fee
- The withdrawal instruction cut-off time is 12:00 pm of every business day. Any instruction received after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
- Local Interbank Transfer (CHATS): Your transfers will be credited on the same business day, with handling fee charged by the beneficiary bank
- Cheque: Cheque realization will be at 4pm on the next business day, with no handling fee
- Wire Transfer: Payments are usually received within 2-3 business days, with handling fee charged by the beneficiary bank
